Cpost International is proud to present this issue of 10 stamps dedicated to the Silver Jubilee of the Paper Money Fair, held in Maastricht, The Netherlands, n the 9th and 10th of April 2011. The Papermoney Fair, started as an initiatieve of 4 men, members of the IBSN. When this Exhibition took place for the first time on March 28th and 29th of 1987 – in Hotel Maastricht, back then under the name “European Continental Spring Paper Money Fair”, there were just 27 names of dealers in the program. During the years it has grown into the biggest event in Europe for the paper money collector.
