Registered mail

When you send a letter as Registered Mail, the delivery of the mail item is guaranteed as it requires a signature by the addressee. Cpost International does not deliver a registered mail item to a physical address. In fact, the addressee receives a notification to pick up a registered item at a Cpost International branch. The addressee will sign for the registered item at pick up.

Proof of delivery

As a recipient, you must sign a Proof of Delivery for receipt of the mail, indicating the date when the mail item was delivered to you. So, this document confirms receipt of mail of which the sender gets a copy. The advantage is that you as a customer get physical proof of when the mail was delivered.

Printed Matter

Need to send lighter items that do not weigh more than 2 kilos for local destinations and no more than 5 kilos for international destinations? With the Printed Matter service, you can send all reproductions of paper, cardboard, or other materials commonly used in printing, produced in several identical copies. Items like books or pamphlets, for instance, should all be sent in an envelope. These envelopes may be opened for verification of the contents.
