Smart Locker Terms & Conditions

  • Based on Smart Locker availability and dimensions, your package(s) will be assigned to a Smart Locker accordingly.
  • In case where a Smart Locker compartment is not available, your package(s) will be sent to your regular pick-up location.
  • The Smart Locker service will not be applicable for package(s) already arrived in country.
  • The Smart Locker service is not applicable for PuntoMio Business and EuroMio Business.
  • A handling fee of XCG 3.00 per package will be applied upon check-out.
  • Packages from the Smart Locker should be picked up within 3 business days after the Ready for Pick-up notification. If not, your package(s) will be returned to the Cpost’s Branch located at Groot Kwartier. A Return Handling Fee of XCG 7.50 (in addition to the handling fee of XCG 3.00) per package will be applied upon check-out. The following PuntoMio storage fees and time frames will apply, starting from the day that the package(s) was/were Ready for pickup:
    – 7 days Storage Fee: XCG 7.50 per package|
    -14 days Storage Fee: XCG 15.00 per package
    -21 days Storage Fee: XCG 30.00 per package
  • Only payments with debit cards are accepted.
  • Package(s) paid via Bank transfers and/or Valtpay will not be delivered to the Smart Locker.
  • Claims and/or cases of escalation will be addressed on the next business day.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the court of Law of CuraƧao.
  • Cpost International N.V. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
