These terms and conditions refer to the Amazon Prime Day Raffle October 6th 2020 thru October 10th 2020”
Article 1 Definitions
| Customer | Customers who purchase via Amazon.com and ships that purchase via PuntoMio Curacao. |
| Raffle | Raffle organized by Cpost International N.V. in which Customers are eligible to win prizes. |
| PuntoMio Airway Bill Amazon Invoice | This is the unique number assigned automatically to all PuntoMio shipments. This is the invoice generated by Amazon.com for every purchase thru there portal. |
| Raffle Closing Date | Raffle Closing date is October 10th 2020, 17:00 PM. |
Article 2 Entry requirements
2.1 “ Amazon Prime Give away” is open to all Customers except employees of Cpost International N.V.
2.2 In
order to participate:
Customer must be a PuntoMio Curacao account holder. Customer must purchase an
item via Amazon.com, That shipment has to arrive at our warehouse between
October 6th 2020 and October 10th 2020 at 17:00 Curacao
time. The corresponding Airway bill will participate in a raffle for which we
have reserved 10 prizes.
2.3 Requirements per participating PuntoMio Airwaybill.
– It has to generated between Oct 6th 2020 and Oct 10th 2020 at 17:00 Curacao Time.
– Punto Mio Airway bill must be generated for an item purchased via Amazon.com.
– Amazon Invoice will be used to verify information
2.4 Validations.
Each winning PuntoMio Airway bill will be checked on the following for validation:
– Place of purchase
– Date and time PuntoMio Airway bill was generated.
2.5 Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry.
Cpost International N.V. Reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
Article 3 Liability
3.1 In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, Cpost International N.V. reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where the Cpost International N.V. deems it appropriate and/or feasible Cpost International N.V. will notify entrants of the error.
Article 4 Winners
4.1 The winners will be drawn randomly . Cpost International N.V. decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
4.3 The winners will be notified once verified, on the next working day, either by email or telephone.
4.4 The winners name will be announced on Cpost International’s website and Facebook page.
4.5 The winners is entitled to only one prize.
4.5 Also: In the event that the winners do not claim their prize within 15 days after the draw, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
Article 5 Prizes
Ten Amazon Prime Memberships valid for one year starting on its date of activation.
Article 6
Cpost International N.V. reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the raffle or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice.
Article 7
This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Curaçao. All disputes that may arise from this agreement will be submitted to The Court of Justice in first instance of Curaçao.
